Product Overview
Built for Underground Mining Conditions
Mining round link chains are the core traction component of mechanised coal-face equipment — armoured face conveyors (AFC), stage loaders, and scraper conveyors. Every link is precision-braided and quench-tempered from 23MnNiMoCr54 oder 25MnV alloy steel, achieving Grade C tensile strength of ≥ 1,600 MPa.
Ever-power Engineer Class Chain Co., Ltd produces the full size range from 10×40 mm to 42×146 mm, covering underground hoisting, ore-transfer conveyors, and open-cut mining transport. Mean time between failures exceeds 8,000 operating hours under one-million-tonne daily coal output.
All products are manufactured and tested to DIN 22252. Each batch undergoes 18-stage quality control including three-dimensional magnetic-particle flaw detection and dynamic load verification before dispatch.

Specifications & Construction
Produktmerkmale
Material: 23MnNiMoCr54 Alloy Steel
Links are precision-braided from 23MnNiMoCr54 or 25MnV alloy steel and processed through water quench and temper to achieve the specified Grade B or Grade C tensile properties.
Tensile Strength ≥ 1,600 MPa (Grade C)
Grade C chains meet a minimum breaking load commensurate with ≥ 1,600 MPa tensile strength. Grade B chains are available for applications with lower load requirements.
Standard: DIN 22252
All chains are manufactured and tested to DIN 22252 international standard, covering dimensional tolerances, mechanical properties, and acceptance testing requirements.
Quality Control: 18-Stage Process
Every batch undergoes three-dimensional magnetic-particle flaw detection and dynamic load verification as part of an 18-stage QC protocol. Certificates of conformance are issued per shipment.
Size Range: 10×40 to 42×146 mm
Nine standard diameter-pitch combinations are available. Custom intermediate sizes can be produced on request to match specific conveyor or haulage equipment requirements.
Surface Treatment Options
Available with hot-dip galvanising, electro-galvanising, blackening, carburising, or epoxy powder coating, selected according to the corrosive and humidity conditions of the operating environment.

Häufig gestellte Fragen
What steel grade is used?
The primary alloy is 23MnNiMoCr54. For applications requiring higher toughness at elevated pitch, 25MnV is also available. Both are water-quench-tempered to achieve the specified Grade B or Grade C tensile properties.
What is the minimum breaking load for 34×126 Grade C?
The minimum breaking load for 34×126-C is 1,450 kN, with a test load of 1,160 kN and maximum extension of 1.6% at test load. Minimum elongation at fracture is 12%.
Are these chains compliant with DIN 22252?
Yes. All mining round link chains are manufactured and tested to DIN 22252. Certificates of conformance are available on request.
What surface treatment options are available?
Standard options include hot-dip galvanising, electro-galvanising, blackening, carburising, and epoxy powder coating. The appropriate treatment is selected based on the corrosive and humidity conditions of the operating environment.
Is flaw detection carried out on every batch?
Yes. Three-dimensional magnetic-particle flaw detection is carried out on every production batch as part of the standard 18-stage QC process, along with dynamic load verification before dispatch.
Can you supply chains rated for temperatures below −40 °C?
Yes. Ever-power has supplied chains rated to −50 °C for deep-shaft Arctic mining applications. Sub-zero Charpy impact test reports are available on request.
What certifications does Ever-power hold?
Ever-power Engineer Class Chain Co., Ltd holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, MA Mining Safety, Lloyd's Register, ABS, Bureau Veritas, DNV, and CE approvals. Certificate copies are provided on request during the enquiry process.
